Welcome to the month of September 2020. It is our month of BIRTHING GREATER GLORY

Our scripture Proverbs 28 verse 12a says …. when righteous men do rejoice there is great glory.”

When righteous men have cause to rejoice, it is because a positive thing has happened. Righteous men do not rejoice over evil but over what is good. 

I prophesy that Good things will not cease in our lives in Jesus name. 

I prophesy that you will manifest greater glory in your work, marriage e.t.c

Lift up your voice and declare in the name of JESUS:

* I WILL MANIFEST GREATER GLORY IN MY HEALTH.

* I WILL MANIFEST GREATER GLORY IN MY CAREER; ACADEMICS ETC

Isaiah 66: 7 KJV… “Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child…”

Prayers:

1.Thank God for the new month and the promises it holds for you.

2.Thank God for the grace of conception without which there can be no birthing.

3. Some go into the labour room and come out empty. This month, I will have result, see progress and have evidence in Jesus name.

4. My delivery will be swift in Jesus name.

5.I come against every limitation that wants to delay my manifestation in Jesus name.

6.To birth is to bring forth. Lift up your voice and say, I will bring forth good results speedily in the name of Jesus.

7. My baby will not die in the womb in Jesus name.

8. Spiritual midwives arise – I call forth the spiritual Hebrew women. Exodus 1:16-19 KJV … “16 And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live. 17 But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.18 And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive? 19 And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.

9. Critical people in my life, at the point of vulnerability, will not co-operate with the enemy in Jesus name. They will fear God. Verse 17 says but the Midwives feared God. 

For you to birth a glorious thing, for you to birth a greater and more glorious thing, signifies improvement and progress. 

Many are failing and falling and finding it difficult to repeat or replicate a good thing.

One thing that WILL guarantee that you birth or produce something of greater glory is when you BIRTH by REVELATION.

  1. a) In Genesis 26 v 1 to 4 KJV and 12-13,

“And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.2 And the Lord appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: 3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; 4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;

12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. 13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:

Isaac wanted to relocate during a famine but by REVELATION he got an instruction not to leave and, based on this word, he sowed in the land despite being a Shepherd (see verse 13)

  b) Jacob negotiated his wages by revelation in  Genesis 31 verse 10 to 13 KJV 

“10 And it came to pass at the time that the cattle conceived, that I lifted up mine eyes, and saw in a dream, and, behold, the rams which leaped upon the cattle were ringstraked, speckled, and grisled. 11 And the angel of God spake unto me in a dream, saying, Jacob: And I said, Here am I. 12 And he said, Lift up now thine eyes, and see, all the rams which leap upon the cattle are ringstraked, speckled, and grisled: for I have seen all that Laban doeth unto thee. 13 I am the God of Bethel, where thou anointedst the pillar, and where thou vowedst a vow unto me: now arise, get thee out from this land, and return unto the land of thy kindred.

Whatever you birth by REVELATION will be for greater glory. The battle does not end as you birth that new thing.

BIRTHING

  1.   John the revelator on the Island of Patmos was reliving a vision of a woman who just birthed a male child.Revelations 12:13-17, KJV … “13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. 17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ…”

2. Prophet Isaiah gave a vision of Zion delivering a male child. Now that the baby is born, now that your vision, destiny, project, baby appears, what is the prophetic insight being given here. Persecution can arise just as you birth a new thing.

Prayers

a.Every battle after my delivery, breakthrough, new vision be aborted in Jesus name.

b. Lord empower my delivery to withstand the wind of adversity in Jesus name.

c.Every persecution in my life will not break me in Jesus name.

d. Revelations 12:14 KJV … “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”….Pray – I receive more divine instruments, divine capacity to escape in Jesus name.

e. Revelations 12:14….I decree divine direction to my prepared place, my portion, my place of destiny in Jesus name.

f.I will not miss my place of divine nourishment in Jesus name,

g.I decree the flood of life will not carry me away, it will not carry away my delivery in Jesus name.

h. Revelation 12:16 “And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.”   I call forth divine help in Jesus name.

THE GOODNESS OF GOD


Psalm 27 verse 13 NLT  says “Yet I am confident I will see the Lords goodness while I am here in the land of the living.”

Psalm 145 verse 9 says, “The Lord is good to all and His tender mercies are over all His works.”

Psalm 107 verse 1 says… “Oh give thanks to the Lord FOR HE IS GOOD FOR HIS MERCIES ENDURE FOR EVER”.

GOD IS THE DEFINITION OF GOOD . THE GOODNESS OF GOD IS; 

  • THE NATURE OF GOD…Psalm 34 verse 8… “Oh taste and see that the Lord is good”
  • THE KINDNESS OF GOD
  • THE GENEROSITY OF GOD 
  • THE LOVE OF GOD 
  • THE GLORY OF GOD…In Exodus 33 v 19 to 20when Moses asked to see the glory of God. GOD CAUSED HIS GOODNESS TO PASS BEFORE HIM and his face was shining. 
  • The goodness of God ENDURES FOREVER.

 Psalm 52 v 1b…Is everywhere on earth. Psalm 33 v 5…The earth is full of The goodness of the Lord.

I. God’s goodness defined.

The Bible defines God’s goodness in two ways.

A). One has to do with His character;

B). The other focuses on His actions.

 Ps. 119:68 captures both when it says of God: “You are good and You do what is good . . . “ The first half of that verse focuses on that fact that God is by nature good. That is, He is “morally excellent, extraordinarily beautiful, deeply glad, and extravagantly bountiful.” But since this is God we’re talking about, this goodness ascribed to Him is raised to the highest possible levels.

Think about it: God is the original definition of good. He is good in and of Himself. For us, goodness is an added quality. But it comes naturally for Him. God is not just the greatest of beings; He is the Best.

That’s exactly what Jesus meant when He said, “No one is good but One – God.” (Mark 10:18) We call all kinds of things good – “This food  is good. He’s a good friend. That was a good outfit.” But all that we call “good” on this earth is tainted and imperfect. God alone is goodness itself.

But how do you see the true character of a person? By his actions. So the second strand of definition for God’s goodness concentrates on what He does. And the Bible is replete with descriptions that point to His kindness, His mercy, His steadfast love, His generosity. God is disposed to give to human beings beyond all deserving, all the time.

Have you ever thought of God as generous toward you? Can you believe that when He looks at you with all your baggage, all your junk, all your hang-ups, He says, “I want to be generous to you. I can’t wait to pour out on you that which will make you happy – not because you deserve it, but because there’s something about Who I am that loves to overflow in extravagant ways upon you.”

The Bible says those are actually God’s thoughts about you. God is for you. He has your back. He is there, plotting to do you good. You are the object of His affection, and because of His divine nature, all that He expresses comes from an expansive, over-whelming, God-sized generosity toward you.

II. How God reveals His goodness

Let me give you three specific channels God uses to broadcast His goodness to us.

A. Natural blessings

This is the lowest level at which He expresses His goodness and the one we tend to overlook or take for granted. But David saw it clearly. He was moved by God to write Ps. 145–a hymn of praise that celebrates God’s goodness expressed in the created order.

In v. 3-4, he shouts out, “Yahweh is great and is highly praised; His greatness is unsearchable. One generation will declare Your works to the next and will proclaim Your mighty acts.” And v. 7-9 describes what the older generation will say to the younger: “They will give a testimony of Your great goodness and will joyfully sing of Your righteousness. The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and great in faithful love.”  Notice v. 9: “The Lord is good to everyone . . . “

Who is included in the word “everyone”? You are. In case we missed that, he repeats the idea in the next phrase: “His compassion [rests] on all He has made.” That means there’s nowhere in the universe you can go where God won’t be good to you.

Down in v. 15-17, we read more about His goodness: “All eyes look to You, and You give them their food in due time. You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways and gracious in all His acts.” Every relationship, every job, every tree, every taste of food that pleases us, every birdsong, every friend and flower and field are a reminder of His compassion for us. Look in every corner of this world and every part of your day and you will find the overflow of His generosity, if you will only begin to look for it.

B. Kind interventions

Psalm 107 is totally devoted to this theme, and opens with joy: “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord proclaim that He has redeemed them from the hand of the foe . . . “ Then the psalmist describes four different scenarios where God graciously steps in to reveal His goodness. I don’t have time to unfold each one, just touch on it:

God comes to the rescue of people who are frantically searching for something or someone that will satisfy their soul. When they cry out to the Lord, He will deliver them and their soul will find its true home.

God intervenes in the lives of those who have rebelled against the Word of God and suffer for it. When they repent, He delivers them from their distress, breaks the chains of sin that bind them, and turns the night to day.

God intervenes on behalf of His goodness in the lives of foolish people who had given themselves to sin and find its death-bringing results touching their relationships and lives. When they cry to the Lord. He heals them, and reverses the killing effects of sin in their lives.

God rescues those pounded by calamity. When the storms threaten to sink us and we’re at our wit’s end, we can call to Him and see Him command the storms to be still, because He is good.

He’s been there for you, more than you’ll ever know. No matter what situation you’re facing this morning, God is the best Person to take it too. There is no surer source of deliverance or blessing than Him, because He is good all the time.

C. Through God’s Son, Jesus

Colossians 1 reminds us that Jesus “is the image of the invisible God” (v. 15) and that “God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him” (v. 19). Jesus is God’s goodness in the flesh. He demonstrated God’s desire to pour out blessing and help and deliverance on us in three ways;

1. He took the judgment that our sins deserved upon Himself.

Romans 5:8 says, “God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us!” God’s extravagance flowed to us in the amazing substitution of His Son in our place on the cross. His death for us is the undisputed picture of unmerited goodness. You don’t deserve it. I don’t deserve it. In fact, we continue to do things that prove we didn’t earn this.

But God is good. His nature drives a desire to do for us what we can’t do for ourselves. So He puts forward His Son on our behalf to take our hell and give all who believe heaven.

2. He includes a thousand other things in the gift of Himself.

Romans 8:32 says this of God: “He did not even spare His own Son, but offered Him up for us all; how will He not also with Him grant us everything?” In other words, God has already shown His goodness toward you in the biggest way possible. All the other little details to help you live a godly life through thick and thin are included in that gift.

3. Jesus unlocks God’s goodness toward us in new ways.

Second Cor. 1:20 tells us that “every one of God’s promises is ‘Yes’ in [Christ].” That means all the good and perfect gifts of God come to us through our relationship with Jesus. If I want to understand and appreciate God’s goodness to me, I can begin and end with Jesus.

III. Respond to God’s goodness.

The goodness of God calls for a response. Let me give you three specific steps we must take to change our lives and begin to fully experience the effects of God’s generosity.

A. Repent of unbelief and ingratitude

Romans 2:4 says, “Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, restraint, and patience, not recognizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?” Paul is saying, “Do you think that all these blessings that visit your days came because you’re just an incredibly nice person who made God’s special list? No, His goodness was meant to lead you to Him.” Going through your life receiving what He has been giving without trusting in Christ is like saying, “God I had all this coming. I deserve this and more. So keep it coming.” We want the gifts, not the Giver. Our ingratitude and greed for what He can do for us while rejecting Him is the heights of sin. And one day, the gravy train will come to an end.

Stop. Look around you. See the hand of the Lord in your life and turn to Him today. Put an end to taking from God and learn to thank Him.

B. Rest in His goodness when adversity comes

We live in a world where bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. Sometimes, our circumstances argue with us about how good God is. Sometimes God’s good plan for us means going through trials and losses and heartache and death.

But hear me: He is there for you. Ps. 31:19-20 says, “How great is Your goodness that You have stored up for those who fear You, and accomplished in the sight of everyone for those who take refuge in You. You hide them in the protection of Your presence; You conceal them in a shelter from the schemes of men, from quarrelsome tongues.” God has great goodness stored up for you. Take your refuge in Him. Rest there. He is up to more than you know, and has hidden help that only comes when you give it up to Him.

C. Step out in faith

When you believe that God is good all the time, it frees you to take ever-increasing steps of faith. In our living room, we have a beautiful print of Jeremiah 29:11 that reminds me of God’s intent toward me and my family: “For I know the plans I have for you” – [this is] the Lord’s declaration – “plans for [your] welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Believing that cuts you loose from fear about taking risks for Christ’s sake. Psalm 84:11 is fuel to the fire of daring greatly for Him: “For the Lord God is a sun” (He illuminates the path I should take) “and shield” (He protects me); “the Lord gives grace and glory (that’s exaltation for those who follow Him). “He does not withhold the good from those who live with integrity.” You never miss out if you step out with God.

PRAYERS

1. Father, I Thank you for your goodness in my life and family

2. Lord I Thank you for your abundant blessings over my family

3. I will not fall from your grace in Jesus name.

MINDSET

 

LUKE CHAPTER 15 Vs 11

The man had two sons but they were not alike, the younger one had evil boldness and went ahead to ask for his inheritance.

You can never start something wrong and hope to end right if you don’t repent. Every evil foundation of wealth in our lives must be destroyed. The foundation the younger son got the money was not right and that was why he wasted it.

He went to a far away land where no one knew him or could help him. When people are wrong they always run away and be in hiding. You never run from the presence of God, but people that the devil is leading they want to go far.

The bible said he wasted his substance, that inheritance was his, but he only got it at the wrong time and because of that he wasted it.

God opened his understanding and all of a sudden he came to light, all the while he was working with understanding, he was covered with an evil veil that closed his understanding  and the bible said he came to his light.

He shifted from a give me attitude to a make me attitude. A make me attitude will make you humble. If you don’t have that mindset shift or see yourself the way God wants you to see yourself, you may miss opportunities.

Every time you have a make me attitude some things come to your life. First you receive mercy, repentance is the door of mercy.

Every time you come with a make me attitude you get a covering and fresh visions. Humility makes you celebrated 

The elder son on the other side was a good and obedient boy, but he had not yet attained the work of perfection in his character. He had his own inheritance, but he was not looking at that. He was judging his brother, complaining to the father.

The spirit of the elder brother can not attack your glory because God is with you.

WHO IS SHOWING FORTH?

The power in the word of God is so strong that when you say a word, you release power into that word. In 2020, you will receive the grace to show forth in every area of your life. AMEN!

KEY READING FROM 1 PETER CHAPTER 2 VS 9

For you to be able to show forth, you have to be conscious and accept your identity. You have been chosen by God, to be an instrument of speaking on his behalf, so be ready because you cannot hide from God. Tell your neighbor; be on guard, you are showing forth!

The way you see someone is the way you treat somebody”. Dress the way you want to be addressed to avoid missing out on opportunities. God has chosen you to show forth so prepare for it and push yourself forward to be able to catch up because He that is pushing you forward is with you and will surely help you.

When God has chosen you, it does not mean that there won’t be storms but no matter the storms, we will always overcome. The bible says “many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord will deliver you from them all”.

A woman who wants to show forth, your prayer life must be HOT! Do not be deceived by the weave and dressing because when in the presence of God, there is anointing all over. A woman that must show forth must not be carried away by the world. Whatever God has placed in your hands, do not allow anyone to play with it.

The wisdom that we need to manage our success, we receive it now in Jesus name. Amen.

THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE

Welcome to the fourth month of this year and our theme is: THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE…Daniel 3 verse 25 …..“Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the[e] Son of God.”

                              I PROPHESY TO THE LIFE OF SOMEONE TODAY:

Whenever and wherever the fire of the enemy has been lit for your life, marriage and family, THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE WILL APPEAR IN JESUS NAME. 

ANY STRANGE FIRE BURNING FROM ANY STRANGE ALTAR BE QUENCHED IN JESUS NAME. 

THIS MONTH APRIL, THERE SHALL BE DIVINE INTERVENTION ON THAT MATTER IN JESUS NAME.  According to Daniel 3, When the FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE APPEARS:

*THERE IS DIVINE INTERVENTION

*EVIL IS TERMINATED

*HONOUR IS RESTORED 

*SHAME IS TAKEN AWAY

*PROMOTION IS RELEASED

*THERE IS DIVINE PROTECTION FROM THE PLAN DELIBRATELY DESIGNED TO KILL 

*THOSE WHO HAVE VOWED AND THREATENED YOUR LIFE TURN AROUND TO HONOUR YOU.

I PROPHESY TO SOMEONE RIGHT NOW:

THAT STRANGE FIRE ON YOUR HEALTH, FINANCES, MARRIAGE, THE LIVES OF YOUR CHILDREN, ON YOUR BUSINESS, LET THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE APPEAR IN JESUS NAME.

Daniel 3:8-12: These Chaldeans were evil observers and reporters, watching you and observing lapses so they can report you. THEY SHALL FAIL WOEFULLY IN JESUS NAME.  Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego had previously enjoyed the FAVOUR OF THE KING. They were SET APART from Daniel chapter 1..these men were favoured and knowledgeable. but in verse 18 “…..But the enemy went to their source of favour to pollute the mind of the King.”

YOU WILL NOT LOSE FAVOUR WHERE YOU HAD FAVOUR BEFORE IN JESUS NAME.  In the face of adversity, LORD GIVE US COURAGE TO STAND FIRM IN FAITH IN JESUS NAME.  THE KING WAS VERY ANGRY AND THREW THEM INTO THE FIRE.

Someone going through a situation right now, where it seems you are bound and trapped and helpless SHOUT THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE APPEAR IN JESUS NAME.  THE FIRE OF THE ENEMY WILL CONSUME THEM IN JESUS NAME . When the Fourth man in the Fire appears HE COMMANDS THE ATTENTION OF KINGS ….GOD WILL INTERVENE IN THAT MATTER AND GET DIVINE ATTENTION TO YOUR MATTER IN JESUS NAME.  GOD’S GLORY IS REVEALED WHEN HE INTERVENES…THE KING COULD SEE AND RECOGNISE THE FOURTH MAN IN THE FIRE AS JESUS!!!

WHEN THE FOURTH MAN APPEARS, HONOUR IS RESTORED.

Acts 1:8 “ But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be a witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

But you SHALL RECEIVE power after the HOLY GHOST has come upon you and you WILL be my witness…..

This is the time for you to finalise your Strategic PLANS for this year.

YOUR STRATEGIC PLAN CAN BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

A) GOAL BASED PLANNING…This is the most common….define your goals based on your vision or mission this year.

B) ISSUES BASED STRATEGIC PLANNING…This is planning BASED on issues facing your life, family or organisation e.g. Education of children.

C) ORGANIC STRATEGIC PLANNING…Based on values and vision and can be scooped from year to year. For you to make an impact you must be fully persuaded and personally motivated to achieve your goals this year.

PERSONAL MOTIVATION

1. PHILIPPIANS 4:8  Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

KILL The ANTS in your life: AUTOMATIC NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. Be more aware of your NEGATIVE self talk.DEVELOP POSITIVE THINKING about your life, health, family and work.

2. POSITIVE PEER GROUP…WHO YOU SPEND TIME WITH IS WHO YOU BECOME

Psalms 1:1-3 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the [a]ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LordAnd in His law he [b]meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree
Planted by the [c]rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

3.FOCUS ON ONE GOAL AT A TIME…….LION TAMER….a chair, whip and a gun….to distract the lion.

 4. ELIMINATE THE NON ESSENTIAL Some things are present and time consuming that are not essential or critical to your goals.

5. CREATE A DAILY ROUTINE

6. SPIRITUAL VALUES

7. GENUINELY LOVE PEOPLE AND BE KIND TO PEOPLE. Jesus loved people from different ethnic and economic background. DESIRE to see PEOPLE thrive.8. HAVE and maintain a Servant-heart. Be humble…..NOT superiority, entitlement. Jesus washed The FEET of the 12 disciples.

8. BUILD a solid team……Jesus did this in Matt 4:18-21. We cannot do everything or be everywhere.

9. EMPOWER OTHERS TO USE THEIR GIFTS…..They will bring in diverse  dimensions of grace

10. MEET THE NEEDS OF OTHERS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

11. BE INTENTIONAL WITH YOUR TIME NEVER BE REACTIVE

*Know when to fellowship, rest, unwind, spend with family, alone. Recharge and renew

12. BE FORGIVING. This an essential attitude for progress. Be at peace with your brethren and yourself.

PREPARATION FOR IMPACT

You are welcome to the month of February. Our theme for this month is “Preparation for impact” .

Acts 1 vs 8

“But you SHALL receive power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you and you will be my witness…..”.

The Holy Spirit prepares us and equips us TO BECOME ready and effective in our life purpose.

This is a very important season and this month is like a HINGE MONTH….a lot of decisions, personal and national, will be decided this month. So many things are hinged on this month especially for us in NIGERIA with the elections coming up in a few weeks.

On the individual level it is time to finalize your strategy for this year as you step out and prepare yourself for GLOBAL  IMPACT.

BIBLE STUDY TOPIC: DOMINION MANDATE
TEXT: Ephesians 1:19-23
Memory Verse: Acts 1:8
When God created man, He gave man dominion over everything on earth (Gen. 1:26-28). Unfortunately, Adam fell out of favour and dominion when he disobeyed God. Christ Jesus is the perfect example of God’s dominion restored onto humanity.
To be successful in all our endeavours, we must understand fully our authority in Christ
We must exercise dominion over sin (Rom. 6:14), fear (1 Jn. 1:7), the world (1 Jn. 5:4-5), worries and anxieties (Phil 4:6-7), demons (Eph. 6:10-12), thoughts and imaginations (2 Cor. 10:3-5), failures and setbacks (Micah 7:8), etc.
Here are the principles outlined for you in the acronym: D. O. M. I. N. I. O. N.
D = Discover Your Source Of Dominion. We must understand the exceedingly great power we have through Jesus Christ. Jesus took the dominion from Satan, turned and gave the keys to the church (Matt. 16:18). We are a people of dominion.
O = Obtain Knowledge on the Effective Use of Your Weapons. Just as the conflict is spiritual, so are our weapons (2 Cor 10: 3). Everyone that is going to walk in dominion must value PRAYER,  LOVE RIGHTEOUSNESS and the WORD. Hide the Word in your heart, so that when an attack comes you can use that double-edged sword (Eph. 6:17, Heb. 1:9).
M = Maintain Your Relationship With The Body Of Christ. Christ’s body is a living, moving entity. Stay close to the church (Colossians 1:18). We are in Him and He is in us. We’re in the world but not of this world (Eph. 2:5).
I = Identify Your Enemy. How can you win a battle if you don’t know who you are fighting? Identity begins with knowing who you are and whose you are in Christ. This gives security and confidence to fight the enemy is his territory (Acts 19:15).
N = Never Be Unprepared.  Don’t ever let your guard down (2 Cor. 2:11). You’re devil-proof by the blood of Jesus, so hold on to your weapons and never lay them down. Never take your eyes off Jesus (Heb. 12:2).
I = Imbibe The Spirit of Praise. Learn how to use the weapon of praise. Punish the devil with your praise. God inhabits the praises of His people, so the devil cannot stand where He is being praised (Acts 16:25; Psa. 67:5-7).
O = Obey The Lord Always. Complete obedience to God is one of the keys to a life of dominion. We are ready to punish all disobedience only when our own obedience is perfect (2 Cor 10: 5-6).  Saul lost dominion because of his disobedience, and he was described as a rebellious person (1 Sam 15:11–23).
N = Never Share of His Glory. God wants us to return all the glory back unto Him alone (1 Cor. 1:29). Sharing of His glory will amount to pride on our own part. God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble (1 Pet. 5:5).
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF WOMEN WHO EXERCISED DOMINION
  • Deborah— Judges 4: 4-5
  • Jael—-Judges 4: 17-21
  • Rahab—- Josh 6:25
  • Abigail—-1 Sam 25:39
  • Proverbs 31 Woman
  • Mary Magdalene, Salome— Mk 16:1

Conclusion

Job 10:19
When God sends a word, it is like a seed which should be nurtured until it fruits, else it will dry up and die. The prophetic instruction that the soldiers should pursue their enemies not only spelt haste, it also implies a time-frame. There are prophecies one cannot afford to “stay,” otherwise they lose their relevance. Delay is dangerous when God says, “It’s time to exercise the dominion mandate”.
This is a call upon you and I to rise above mediocrity, sickness, poverty, sin, shame, etc. and exercise our dominion mandate; we must bring honour, glory and harvest to His kingdom. Enjoy that right and dominate in the name of Jesus. As we move into our positions as righteous sons and daughters, we shall establish the dominion mandate everywhere we go in Jesus’ name! “Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father” (Matt. 13:43, NIV).

Walking with God

Let us look at what it means to walk with God

A. Walking with God means to go in Gods direction.

1. Gods way is clearly marked (1 John 2:6) “whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did.”

2. Gods ways are always the best way. (Psalm 1) “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.” – Therefore, the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

B. Walking with God means to proceed at Gods pace.

“Gods pace is not to be confused with Gods purpose.”

1. Gods purpose is a deliberate, determined one. (His purpose will be accomplished)

(Isa. 46:11) “yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.”

2. Gods pace varies at different times and for different reasons.

“Sometimes Fast, Sometimes Slow and Sometimes Stop (wait)”  like Abraham and Sarah

C. Walking with God means to make progress.

1. Walking with God begins with the first step. (Salvation)

“Before we walk we stand, before we stand we crawl and before we crawl we must be born.” (John 3:7) “Ye must be born again.”

2. The walk with God continues with a series of successive steps after the first step. (Sanctification) .”Growth is normal for a newborn” (Acts 2:42,46) “They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to the fellowship…Everyday they continued to meet together in the temple courts…”

D. Walking with God means sharing intimacy.

1. God intimately interacts with human beings. (God initiates)

“Because of Love, God seeks those with whom He can be intimate.”

(Ezek. 11:19-20) “I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God.”

2. God allows His Children to share their life with him.

“God wants us to share our hopes, dreams and aspirations; and our frustrations, troubles and disappointments.”

(Jer. 33:3) “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

E. Walking with God means to arrive at a destination.

1. God causes His Children to reach their potential in life.

(Eph. 2:10) “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

2. God causes His own to reach their final destination.

(Heb. 11:5) “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”

The Benefits of walking with God

1. It empowers a Christian believer to be more than a conqueror.

When you love God by keeping His commandments, you will be loved by Him, and He will cause you to be more than conquerors through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37). Troubles will tremble at your presence when His presence is with you.

2. Flowing in divine wisdom Christ is the wisdom and power of God (1 Corinthians 1:24) and partnering with Him causes you to be sharpened with His wisdom leaving you with greater wisdom than before (Acts 4:13). Partnership with God empowers your insight and correct application of it.

3. Supernatural favour when you take pleasure in God’s business or kingdom matters He will be with you and release divine favour on you. Every move of yours towards the advancement of His kingdom engenders a flow of supernatural favour on your behalf. God was with Joseph and he enjoyed a great flow of supernatural favour (Genesis 39:2-4, 21-22)

4. Flow of signs and wonders partnership with Jesus Christ gives rise to an unbeatable team. No one can prevail against you when God is with you. As you work with God, He backs it up with signs and wonders (Mark 16:20). Paul was a sold out partner of Christ and God worked unusual miracles by His hands, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them (Acts 19:11-12).

5. Supernatural breakthrough Anyone in love with God is empowered to be a pathfinder and carrier of supernatural breakthrough. Permanent partnership with Christ makes you a star forever and ever (Daniel 12:3).

The consciousness of His presence within you in-builds supernatural confidence that leads to breakthrough.

In conclusion, God is searching for a man who will work with Him on earth so that His good will and, not destruction, will be established on earth, Ezekiel 22:30.walking-with-god-1

GOD’S MASTERPIECE!

Masterpiece:  According to the dictionary ,  a work done with extraordinary skill; a supreme intellectual or artistic achievement.
Introduction
God’s original intention at creation was to make us a showpiece (an extraordinary piece). However, man fell short of God’s expectation when he dipped his hand into sin. The mercy of God still prevails,  despite the cracks to make us fit into His Showcase. Has our life be marred by sin or some comprising situation, be assured that our Maker is still in the business of remoulding the ‘marred clay’. In this study we shall examine some of God’s showpieces in the Bible that though got cracked but, the cracks got fixed by the Master Builder!
Example of God’s showpieces in the scriptures.
1. Abraham: He boasted of Abraham’s integrity, that it’s worthy of emulation.
Gen 18:17-19.
2. David: After God had rejected Saul as King, He testified of David as a man after His own heart 1Samuel 13:14, Acts 13:22.
3. Elijah: God showcased Elijah at Mount Carmel. Baal’s prophets were destroyed while the nation turned to God 1Kings 18:21-40.
4. Peter: Peter who was just an illiterate fisherman became a Fisher of men; Luke 5:1-10, Acts 2:41.
5. Paul: God showcased him as a chosen vessel despite his cracks Acts 9:15-16.
The Cracked but unmendable!
God dropped Saul & Eli being cracked materials.
(a) Saul was disobedient to God’s instructions. 1Sam13:13-14
(b) Eli failed to yield to His warnings about his unruly children hence, he was dropped as God’s effort to mend him did not yield the desired result. 1 Sam 13:13-14; 18; 2:30-33.
(c) Judas Iscariot, his greedy & covetous nature did not allow him see his cracks on time and even when he did, he gave up thinking he was beyond repair.
The Cracked but mendable materials
(a) David was cracked but got mended as a result of a heart which longed after God. 2 Sam 12:7-13.
(b) Peter also got cracked but got mended. He was quick to repent when he realised his errors. Mark 14:66-72. 
What to do when we get cracked:
1. Cry out to God for mercy. The Lord is slow to anger & abounding in mercy. Psalm 51; 103:8-9
2. Desist from backsliding, compromising & struggling with the Holy Spirit. Jeremiah 3:14-22
3. We can get mended when we surrender to God wholeheartedly.
Danger in not surrendering when we get ourselves cracked:
1. Physical Death e.g Ananias & Sapphirah  Acts 5:1-9.
2. Spiritual Death, when we get cracked  and don’t repent/ confess our sins, we stop bearing fruit and face being cut off spiritually.  Rev 3:29
CONCLUSION
We are not beyond repair. Let’s surrender wholly to Jesus so we can get mended and be the Master’s Showpiece!
